The storage of sealing tape is what both the manufacturer and the consumer need to face. The manufacturer of sealing tape stores the products in the warehouse for the consumer's needs. The sealing tape purchased by the consumer can not be used up at one time, but also needs to be stored in the warehouse. The sealing tape is inflammable, so the fire protection awareness should be improved when storing the sealing tape:
Improve the fire protection awareness when storing the sealing tape
1、 The warehouse storing the sealing tape shall be ventilated. When the air mist of the glue volatilized from the tape reaches a certain proportion of air, it will burn violently once encountering the fire.
2、 The warehouse shall be equipped with standard fire fighting equipment, which shall be put out in time in case of fire. Ensure that the location of the fire water pipe is not more than 50m away from the tape storage location and is long enough to ensure that the water pressure and water volume of the fire hydrant are sufficient.
3、 It is forbidden to stack the sealing tape at the emergency exit. It should be neatly stacked in the warehouse, and there should be enough space in each row, so as to prevent the water from splashing in case of fire, so as not to prevent the internal combustion unable to control the fire. In addition, please pay attention to keep the place where the tape is stored from moisture and ventilation, so as to ensure the performance of the tape.
4、 Clearly prohibit smoking and other causes that may cause disasters. It is recommended to post posters with signs such as no smoking and no fire. If necessary, the terms shall be written into the employee handbook.
5、 When using the automatic sealing machine, the speed of the belt conveyor shall be adjusted to avoid the fire caused by rapid friction.
Fire will not only cause serious economic losses, but also threaten personal safety. Therefore, when storing the sealing tape, it is necessary to improve the awareness of fire prevention and minimize the probability of fire.
