We often use double-sided adhesive tape in our daily life, but it is not easy to clear them. We can use one word to describe this double-sided adhesive tape: love and hate. How to remove double-sided adhesive tape is what friends who have used double-sided adhesive tape want to know. There are five quick methods to remove double-sided adhesive tape. They teach you how to use different ways to remove double-sided adhesive tape according to the place where the double-sided adhesive tape is stuck. 1. Use a hair dryer. Heat the double-sided adhesive tape to reduce its adhesion. Connect the hair dryer to the nearby power outlet, and then use the high temperature gear to blow the double-sided adhesive tape directly for several minutes. Then remove the double-sided adhesive tape by hand or putty knife. In addition, you can use a steam press or an electric iron to heat the double-sided adhesive tape. Because steam will help melt the adhesive. 2. Use external alcohol to dip the cloth into the external alcohol and press it on the adhesive tape for one to two minutes. 3. Use masking tape. Heat the double-sided tape with a blower and place a piece of masking tape over it (please hold on to one corner of the masking tape). Tear the masking tape off the wall, which, if you're lucky, will help you remove the double-sided tape. You may need to repeat several times (using a new masking tape at a time) to completely remove the double-sided tape. 4. Use fishing line or floss. This method is most suitable for double-sided sponge tape, which is more tight than ordinary adhesive tape. Use both hands to tighten a piece of fishing line or dental floss. First place the line over the tape, and then tighten the line behind the wall to make it close to the wall. The method should be able to remove most of the tape from the wall. 5. Use tap water, dishwashing detergent or white vinegar. There are some double-sided tapes that can be cleaned with soap, tap water or vinegar. If you are worried about paint damage, this method is the safest. In a plastic basin, mix hot water, dishwashing detergent and a small amount of white vinegar together. Stir until the mixture is uniform and foam. Place the towel in the foaming water, then wash the double-sided adhesive tape with the towel carefully until the edge is rolled up. Then use hand or plastic scraper to remove the tape from the wall.
