3. Measure the tension of the box sealing tape master roll: pull out a part of the tape and pull it by hand to see if it can bear strong pulling.
4. Test the viscosity of the sealing tape master roll: generally, manual test is enough. Pull a roll of the master tape and paste it on the carton, and then tear it off to see whether the paper sheet of the carton is torn off together. If it is torn off together, it is proved that the adhesive force of the tape master roll is OK. Pay attention not to test the viscosity of the tape master roll with your hand, but to test it on the carton.
5. Measuring the thickness of the sealing tape master roll: generally, the thickness of the tape master roll on the market varies from 40u to 60u (the thickness of glue BOPP film), and of course, the price is also quite different. The tape master roll of 60u is very thick, but the length is short under the condition of the same meat thickness. The length of 40u tape is long, but it is very thin and easy to break.
